Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of enhanced immune intervention in the treatment of uremia with lupus nephritis. Method:From February 2007 to July 2013 hospitalized in our hospital 40 uremic patients with lupus nephritis were selected,patients first were given peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis,uremia symptoms improved after treatment with IVMP,continue long treatment used standard IVCTX impact with prednisone treatment.Result:After treatment,the kidney function reversible ease in 20 cases,lupus nephritis in 22 cases within two years,including 15 cases of renal function,duration of 17 patients with lupus nephritis in patients with more than two years of reversible only 4 cases of relief,1 case of renal function remained stable for up to two years.4 cases respectively after dialysis from 6,8,15 and 60 months after recurrence.Conclusion:Uremia with lupus nephritis infection prevention and early treatment are very important to actively,can strengthen the antiviral immune globulin intravenous input antibacterial effect,and can be dissolved by immune intervention and renal tissue deposition by which has the function of immune complex treating lupous nephritis.关键词
