摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of minimally invasive technique in alveolar surgery.Method:210 patients with alveolar surgery treatment in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected, they were divided into the observation group for 108 cases and the control group for 102 cases according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with painless minimally invasive technique, the control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction technique. The tooth extraction surgical time, the fear and pain during the surgery, extraction socket completeness and postoperative infections between the two groups were observed and compared, and the tooth extraction effects were evaluated. Result:The tooth extraction surgical time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group, the fear rate, pain rate in surgery and postoperative infection rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the extraction socket completeness was significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of the extraction effect evaluated as levelⅠin the observation group was 69.4%,which was significantly higher than 22.5%in the control group, but levelⅢin the observation group was 2.8%, which was significantly lower than 12.7% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advantages of minimally invasive extraction technique is minimally invasive, painless, safe, the extraction effect is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
