摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of Cancer antigen 125(CA125) in the patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease.Method:86 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in our hospital from December 2013 to May 2014 were selected according to the order of admission,50 patients with heart failure patients were regarded as the observation group,the other 46 patients without heart failure patients were regarded as the control group.And the CA125,NT-pro BNP,LVEDD,LVEF in the two groups were measured and conpared.Result:The concentration of serum CA125,NT-pro BNP,LVEDD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis indicated that the concentration of serum CA125 had significant and positive relation with the NT-pro BNP,LVEDD(r=0.665,0.836,P=0.000).Conclusion:The concentration of serum CA125 can be one of the methods to detect heart failure due to coronary heart disease.关键词
