妇科择期手术患者术前心理状况调查及对策OA
The Investigation and Countermeasures of Preoperative Psychological Status of Gynecological Elective Surgical Patients
目的：为解决妇科择期手术患者术前紧张、焦虑等心理反应，保证手术顺利进行。方法：采用Zung SAS心理卫生量表，评定100例择期手术患者的心理健康，筛选出96例焦虑患者。对96例患者进行护理干预，观察干预前后的血压、心率、呼吸以及焦虑评分。结果：96例焦虑患者中，年龄越小、文化程度越高者，其焦虑程度越高；开腹者焦虑程度高于腹腔镜手术者。96例焦虑患者干预后焦虑评分为(35.32±5.34)分，明显低于干预前的(43.82±8.64)分，护理干预后…查看全部>>
