Abstract
Objective:To solve patients’preoperative stress,anxiety and other psychological reactions preoperative of gynecological undergoing elective surgery and ensure smooth operation.Method:Using Zung SAS Mental Health Scale,the mental health of 100 elective surgical patients were evaluated,96 patients with anxiety were selected.96 patients were given nursing intervention,the blood pressure,heart rate,respiration and anxiety score before and after intervention were observed.Result:In 96 patients with anxiety,the age was smaller,the cultural degree was higher,the degree of anxiety was higher,the anxiety level of abdominal operation was higher than the laparoscopic surgery.After intervention,the score of anxiety in all patients was (35.32±5.34)scores,which was significantly lower than (43.82±8.64)scores before intervention,and the blood pressure,heart rate,respiration after intervention were significantly better than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analyzing the main cause of anxiety in elective surgical patients,the implementation of effective psychological intervention programs,can improve patients’ vital signs,reduce anxiety,it is very important to ensure smooth operation.关键词
