Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing method and clinical effect of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism.Method:80 pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing care,and the pregnancy outcomes and gestational age,birth weight,birth one minute Apgar score of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The proportion of miscarriage and premature in the observation group were 5.0%and 7.5%,which were significantly lower than 27.5%and 30.0%in the control group,the proportion of full-term was 87.5%,which was significantly higher than 42.5%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The gestational age of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group,the birth weight was significantly lower than the control group,the born one minute with Apgar score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention can improve maternal hypothyroidism in pregnancy with outcomes and reduce the incidence of macrosomia and neonatal asphyxia,so it is worthy of clinical attention and promotion use.关键词
