摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method combined with the LBL teaching method in the process of pediatric clinical practice.Method:90 students were selected randomly from 2010 clinical medicine specialty and were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,45 cases in each group .The PBL combined with LBL teaching method was adopted in the experimental group and the LBL teaching method was used in the control group.The score and clinical skills assessment of students and evaluation of teaching were used to evaluate the role of new teaching method.Result:The department examination score of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).And the clinical skill assessment was higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction surveys in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of PBL in primary and LBL in assistant can effectively improve the quality of pediatric clinical practice.关键词
