摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of hyperthermic perfusion therapy and Mitomycin perfusion chemotherapy of bladder tumor after transurethral resection.Method:40 cases of bladder tumor patients with transurethral resection were randomly divided into the observation group(n=20) and the control group(n=20),the control group was given Mitomycin perfusion chemotherapy after surgery,the observation group was given Mitomycin hyperthermic perfusion therapy,the curative effects of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).CD3+,CD4+after treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,3 years survival rate was higher than that of the control group,3 years recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the mean survival time was longer than that of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Hyperthermic perfusion therapy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor is good,it can effectively increase the survival rate,and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
