Carisolv化学机械去龋法治疗年轻恒牙龋病2年疗效观察
Curative Effect Observation of 2 Years of Carisolv for Chemo-mechanical Removal of Caries in the Treatment of Young Permanent Teeth Caries Disease

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chemo-mechanical caries removal (Carisolv) in young permanent teeth caries disease. Method:Sixty-eight teeth from forty-six children with caries were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,34 teeth in each group.The degree of pain in the process of caries were observed.Reviewed 2 years after treatment,the integrity of filling body,edge coloring,edge sealing,secondary caries and dentin pulp reaction of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The degree of pain during the treatment in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ²=11.569,P=0.000).In two years follow-up,there were no significant differences in the incidence of integrity of filling body,edge coloring,edge sealing and secondary caries between the two groups(P>0.05),the dentin pulp reaction of carisolv group was light,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of chemo-mechanical caries removal (Carisolv) seems to the same as traditional dental drill,and minimally invasive,pain relief,with good prospects for clinical application.关键词
