摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the correlation factors of pituitary tumor texture.Method:The clinical data of 90 patients with pituitary adenoma in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively summarized,the relationship between the tumor texture with the sex of patients,tumor size and growth way,MRI signal values,tumor types and the postoperative residual were analyzed.Result:In the 90 cases,the tumor texture was correlated with T2WI signal,pituitary adenoma type and the incidence of residual adenoma(P<0.05 orP<0.01),but no correlation with the sex of patients,tumor size and growth way(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tumor hardness and non-functional adenomas,low T2WI signal,the incidence of postoperative residual are positively correlated,and has no correlation with T1WI signal and enhanced signal.关键词
