摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical effects of interrupted suture technique and the continuous suture technique during the surgeries of heart valve replacement.Method:60 patients who suffered from the diseases on aortic valve and the valvula bicuspidal and who accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group received interrupted suture technique for cardiac valve replacement, the experimental group received continuous suture technique replacement heart valve. The cardiopulmonary circulation time, aortic crossclamp time, breathing machine auxiliary time, length of stay and occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The cardiopulmonary circulation time, aortic crossclamp time, breathing machine auxiliary time and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of complications in the experimental group after the surgery was 6.67%(2/30),which was significantly lower than 33.33%(10/30) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ²=6.67,P=0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the surgeries of heart valve replacement with the continuous suture technique is evident, which can shorten the aortic crossclamp time, decrease the occurrence rate of complications, and effectively control the myocardial ischemia. Thus,it is worth promoting further in the clinical applications.关键词
