Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Method:84 patients with severe brain injury admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to June 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group for 43 cases and the experimental group for 41 cases.The control group was treated with the conventional bone flap craniotomy surgery,the experimental group was treated with the standard large trauma craniotomy.The intracranial pressure at 3 and 7 days after surgery,complications and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The mean intracranial pressure of the experimental group at 3 and 7 days after surgery were significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was 26.8%(11/41), which was significantly lower than 51.2%(22/43) of the control group,the rate of good recovery after surgery in the experimental group was 53.7%(22/41), which was significantly higher than 30.2%(13/43) of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Large trauma craniotomy can better remove hematoma and necrotic brain tissue and full decompression,fewer complications,has high clinical value.关键词
