摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traction massage combined with medicinal liquor in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:60 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traction for treatment,the observation group was given traction massage combined with medicinal liquor for treatment. The clinical efficacy and pain score situation of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the pain score of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the pain scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effects of traction massage combined with medicinal liquor in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc is significant,can obviously relieve patients’ pain,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
