Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the risk management in nursing of department of hematology.Method: The nursing risk management in department of hematology of our hospital was started in January 2012,the data in 1 year before implementation as the control group and after implementation as the risk management group,and the incidence of nursing satisfaction and nursing adverse events of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The incidence of nursing satisfaction of the risk management group was 98.50%,which was significantly higher than 81.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=33.290,P=0.000).The incidence of transfusion reaction,chemotherapeutic extravasation,fall,nurse-patient communication barriers,medical treatment error and nursing record error in the risk management group were 0.50%, 0.50%,0.50%,1.00%,0.50%,0.50%,which were significantly lower than 5.00%,4.50%,6.00%,4.50%,4.00%,6.50% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk management in nursing of department of hematology can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing care and reduce the risk of nursing adverse events,is worth clinical promotion.关键词
