Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic Clopidogrel,Alprostadil and Danhong Injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency(VBI).Method:84 cases of vertigo patients caused by VBI were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=44,treated with domestic Clopidogrel,Alprostadil and Danhong Injection) and the control group(n=40,treated with Alprostadil and Danhong Injection).Then the clinical onset time and clinical efficacy,basilar artery blood flow velocity and hemorheology of patients after 7-14 d continuous treatment were assessed.Result:The clinical onset patients of 0-2 h in the treatment group was 47.7%,0-6 h was 88.6%,they were higher than the 25.0%and 55.0%of the control group,the efficiency and total efficiency were 65.9%and 95.4%in the treatment group,they were higher than the 42.5%and 77.5%of the control group,the blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery was (44.3±4.2)cm/s,the blood flow velocity of right vertebral artery was (44.2±9.7)cm/s,the blood flow velocity of basilar artery was (45.7±10.8)cm/s in the treatment group,they were better than the (41.5±4.7)cm/s, (42.4±9.4)cm/s,(43.6±8.4)cm/s of the control group,the plasma viscosity,the restore high cut,the restore low-cut,the platelet aggregation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).What’s more,TIA or stroke occurred during 21 d treatment also had significant difference between the treatment groups and control group(0 vs 4,χ²=4.620,P=0.032).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion:Combined with domestic Clopidogrel,Alprostadil and Danhong Injection can significantly improve vertigo caused by VBI and there is less adverse events during treatment.关键词
