Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Octreotide in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper digestive tract bleeding. Method:60 cases of liver cirrhosis with upper digestive tract bleeding from August 2013 to January 2014 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Both groups received cirrhosis oriented basic treatment with Entecavir.Meanwhile,the control group was performed Pituitrin treatment for the upper digestive tract bleeding,while the observation group took Octreotide for the bleed.The clinical outcomes of the two groups were observed after continuous treatment for 8 weeks.Result:The total efficacy of patients in the observation group was 92.86%,while the control group was 71.43%,the treatment efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical symptom and signs of recovery time in the observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of basic treatment,the Octreotide has good effect in treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal.关键词
