摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the peri operation period nursing of VATS lobectomy with small incision.Method:80 cases of small incision video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy patients were selected as the research objects in Department of thoracic surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group had 40 cases,respectively,which were accepted the quality of nursing and conventional nursing of peri operation period.The two groups of nursing satisfaction,total hospital stay and cost of hospitalization were compared.Result:Nursing satisfaction and total hospital stay and cost of hospitalization of the study group were (9.3±0.4)scores,(6.3±2.9)days and (10 638.3±1265.4)yuan,the control group were (7.6±2.4)scores,(8.4±3.5)days and (12 324.5±2634.8)yuan,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study considers the perioperative nursing can significantly improve the quality of patients’ satisfaction to nursing care and can reduce hospitalization and hospitalization expenses of time,it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
