口服益生菌联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of oral Probiotics and Butyric Acid Hydrocortisone Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema.Method:40 cases of artificial feeding infantile eczema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Bifid Triple Viable Capsules,if wet compress appeared to use 0.1% night situation of hydrochloric acid of 0.1% Xiaochaihu Alkali Solution,no exudate using Butyric Acid Hydrocortisone Cream,if there was an infection appear to use Mupirocin Ointment for external coating,for serious children using Loratadine Syrup oral.The control group were not applicable Bifid Triple Viable Capsule,the other with the same with the observation group.Result:The extent of the disease eczema observation group with reduce gradually with the treatment,the extent of the disease control group children although also eased,but the obvious degree was inferior to the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Probiotics and Butyric Acid Hydrocortisone Cream in the treatment of infantile eczema,can reduce the severity of disease incidence and,it is worth of promoting in the actual treatment process.关键词
