Abstract
Objective:To compare the breast lumps detection condition of automatic volume scanning system(ABVS) and conventional ultrasound(US) in the health examination,in order to explore the application value of ABVS in the breast examination.Method: 1748 cases of breast examination in our hospital in 2013 were collected.There were 868 cases with ABVS examination,and 880 cases with routine breast ultrasound.The results of two ways were compared.Result:There were 3495 breasts in the 1748 cases.1735 breasts with ABVS,BI-RADS 3-5 grade 497 tumors were checked out.1760 breasts with US,BI-RADS 3-5 grade 371 tumors were checked out.BI-RADS 3-5 grade tumors of two groups,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).1735 breasts with ABVS,954 breasts with US before ABVS,BI-RADS 3-5 grade 236 tumors were checked out. 781 breasts just with ABVS,BI-RADS 3-5 grade 261 tumors were checked out. BI-RADS 3-5 grade tumors of two groups,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the health examination,ABVS has a higher tumor detection rate than the US, ABVS and US combined with BAVS have equivalent efficacy in tumor detection rate,ABVS is worthy of to be popularized and applied.关键词
