Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of liver function and blood lipid of serology test in the diagnosis of fatty liver. Method:54 cases of fatty liver patients were selected in the blood bank from June 2013 to December 2013 as the observation objects,and it was taken as the observation group.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,the same period in 54 healthy subjects were selected to be served as the reference objects,which was regarded as the control group,liver function and serum index of two groups were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences between HDL-C and LDL-C of two groups(P>0.05).TG,TC,ALT,AST of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hepatic function and blood lipid abnormalities in the pathogenesis of fatty liver plays an important role in promoting and liver function and blood lipid test serological indexes can be used as an effective method diagnosis of fatty liver,which has a guiding role in judgments the patients by the disease situation and good prognosis.关键词
