CT、MRI在成人早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中的价值分析
Value Analysis of CT and MRI in the Diagnostic of Adult Avascular Necrosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of CT and MRI in the diagnostic of early adult avascular necrosis(ANFH).Method:From April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital,84 cases of ANFH patients of 128 hips were checked using CT and MRI,the sensitivity of the diagnostic sensitivity and early qualitative comparison of two methods were observed.Result:The diagnosis sensitivity of 84 cases ANFH of 128 hip with CT and MRI were 92.2% and 97.7%(P>0.05).Early detection qualitative sensitivity of early 98 hip with MRI was 100%,which was significantly higher than 73.5% of CT examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI can be used as ANFH routine diagnostic measures,but in the early ANFH diagnosis,MRI is highly sensitive to the early qualitative examination.关键词
