Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with mandibular fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group for 38 cases and the observation group for 42 cases according to the random number table method.The observation group adopted by titanium plate internal fixation for treatment,the control group adopted by intermaxillary ligation treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment for 3 months to 1 year follow-up found that,in 42 cases of the observation group,there were 39 cases of fracture of obtaining effective healing,the X-ray showed good occlusion,was back to normal,the excellent and good rate was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 76.32%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.281,P=0.039).Conclusion:For patients with mandibular fracture treatment,the titanium plate internal fixation can effectively guarantee the clinical therapeutic effect,help patients left hospital as soon as possible,has high clinical value,is worthy of promotion.关键词
