Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of early enteral nutrition support in severe cerebral infarction patients and its effect on nutritional status.Method:102 cases with severe cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,51 cases in each group.They both were given fundamental treatment.The experimental group was given extra enteral nutrition supportive,the control group was given parenteral nutrition.The nutritional status and treatment effect in two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no marked differences between the two groups in ALB,HB,PA(P>0.05).After 15 days of treatment,the above indicators of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the incidence of the lung infections in the experimental group was less than the control group,the time of ICU and score of HINSS in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition support can promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with severe cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis of the disease and reduce the lung infections,promote the recovery of immune function.关键词
