Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Method:62 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both of the two groups were received intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The control group was given routine nursing,and the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.After the nursing intervention for one month,the the Barthel index score and the NIHSS scores before and after treatment were investigated and analyzed.Result:In the comparison after nursing intervention,the Barthel index score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison after nursing intervention,the NIHSS scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific and effective comprehensive nursing intervention is key to ensuring the success of the thrombolysis treatment.关键词
