摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the CT diagnosis and pathological analysis of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,hoping to improve clinical awareness of the disease.Method:11 patients with pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas were enrolled in our hospital from February 2008 to August 2014.All patients underwent CT scan preoperatively,and the results were read by two senior abdominal radiologists.CT findings were analyzed including the position,shape and size,envelope,calcification and hemorrhage,cystic component proportion,enhancement pattern,pancreatic duct and common bile duct dilatation and adjacent to the structure of the relationship.Meanwhile,the intraoperative and pathologic situation was recorded. Result:Solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas is single with the head of the pancreas as the primary site.CT imaging findings showed the tumors were almost circular or ovoid shaped with a relative large volume.There were mainly mixed cystic and solid,and the forms of the solid part were irregular.The capsuleof tumor was intensified with mild to moderate degree.Bile duct dilatation was common and few had pancreatic duct dilatation,obviously pushing to the adjacent structure.Conclusion:Pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumor has a certain characteristic CT findings.CT has a certain clinical value for the diagnosis of disease.关键词
