摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) on improving of compliance with hand hygiene of medical staff. Method:Medical staff were divided QCC teams.Then found the relative factors of compliance on hand hygiene of medical staff in order to elevate the medical staff compliance.Result:QCC could improve the hand washing rates of medical staff.Conclusion:Quality Control Circle could improve the compliance on hand hygiene of medical staff.关键词
