Abstract
Objective:To study the hospital infections by monitoring and assess early nursing intervention,as well as the effect standardized implementation of infection control measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.Method:From January 2013 to September 2013,185 cases confirmed hospital infection medical records were chosen as the control group which were received routine care.From January 2014 to September 2014,145 cases confirmed nosocomial infection were chosen as the intervention group,as medical records for patients with risk factors for infection and weaknesses,clinical infectious diseases department personnel to guide the implementation of early nursing intervention.Result:The control group and the intervention group revealed the incidence of hospital infection were 0.98%and 0.68%,the infection incidence of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Using the early nursing intervention,strengthen the management of invasive operation and disinfection isolation control,can reduce the occurrence of hospital infection.关键词
