摘要
Abstract
Objective:Through the analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia method,to conclude the effective methods of diagnosis and treatment.Method:94 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Azithromycin combined with Montelukast sodium,the control group was only given Azithromycin for treatment.The treatment effect,improvement of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the disappear time of cough,fever and lungs rale in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group(95.7%) was significantly higher than the control group(83.0%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.1%) was significantly lower than the control group(17.0%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is higher,early diagnosis and timely treatment is critical,combined with clinical symptoms,X-ray chest radiography and clinical laboratory examination is important to identify,the treatment effect of Azithromycin combined with Montelukast sodium is remarkable,is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
