Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of cases of misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis,analyze the causes of misdiagnosis,and propose appropriate countermeasures.Method:The clinical data of 46 cases of misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis from January 2010 to July 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:Gynecological diseases (39.13%),ileocecal disease (28.26%) and ileal disease (21.74%) were the most common cases of misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis.82.61%of cases did not show the typical appendicitis.The clinical data of 28.26%cases was incomplete,and the clinical thinking of 19.57%cases was lack.Conclusion:The perfect clinical data and scientific clinical thinking can reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.关键词
