Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones. Method:62 cases with kidney stones from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,the control group was treated with lithotomy traditional laparotomy,the research group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups was analyzed.Result:After treatment,the team in the operation period and the incidence of complications in the research group were better than the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05);But there was no difference between the two groups of calculi clearance rate comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones is significant,it is fewer complications,more safe and reliable,is worth popularizing in clinical application.关键词
