Abstract
Objective:To further study and discuss the clinical effect of bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure.Method:136 patients chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure from December 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital for treatment were chosen as the research objects,they were divided into the study group and the control group,68 cases in each group.Compared with the control group,the study group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Result:(1)The pH value,PaO2,PaCO2 three indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of death of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The average length of stay of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with severe respiratory failure with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the basis of conventional treatment combined with bi-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can obviously improve the clinical effect.关键词
