摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the changes of pulmonary function and symptom score before and after combination therapy.Method:80 cases of moderate or severe asthma in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by Salmeterol Fluticasone combined with Tiotropium,the control group was only treated with Salmeterol Fluticasone.Changes of pulmonary function of two groups were analyzed.Result:FVC,FVC%,FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,FEF25-75 of the treatment group improved significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmeterol Fluticasone combined with Tiotropium in the treatment of asthma can help to improve asthma symptoms and promote the recovery of lung function,which can improve life quality of asthma patients.关键词
