Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression levels and mutual relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Dll4 and Notch1 in tumor tissue of small cell lung cancer,and looking for new targets of targeted therapy in SCLC.Method:Immunohistochemistry technology was used to detect the expression of VEGF,Dll4 and Notch1 protein in 45 cases with SCLC tumor tissue,compared with 20 cases of adjacent normal lung tissue.Result:In SCLC tumor tissue the positive rates of VEGF and Dll4 were significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissue(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Notch1 between the two groups(P>0.05).VEGF was highly positively correlated with Dll4(rs=0.867,P<0.01)in the tumor tissue in SCLC, Notch1 was negatively correlated with VEGF(rs=-0.425,P<0.01),so was Notch1 and Dll4 (rs=-0.370,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are expression of VEGF and Dll4 in tumor tissues in most of SCLC,basically no expression of Notch1.There are correlation between VEGF,Dll4 and Notch1.关键词
