Abstract
Objective:To investigate the different effects of Metoprolol and Simvastatin on the heart rate variability(HRV),blood lipid and homocysteine(Hcy) of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed as CHD according to the results of coronary angiography in our hospital from August 2009 to June 2012 were selected as research objects.All patients were randomly divided into the Simvastatin group and the Metoprolol group according to the group order,40 cases in each group.Patients of two groups received the same conventional drug therapy,on the basis of drug therapy,the Simvastatin group was treated with Simvastatin,the Metoprolol group was treated with Metoprolol,the treatment lasted for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram,blood lipid and homocysteine between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Result:The blood pressures and heart rate all decreased obviously in the two groups after treatment,the indicators of SDNN,HRVTI,TP,LF,HF,LF/HF, blood liquid and Hcy were all improved when treated with Simvastatin or Metoprolol respectively(P<0.05).However,compared with the Simvastatin group,the changes of HRV frequency-domain indexes and level of Hcy in the Metoprolol group were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol and Simvastatin both can improve the blood pressure,heart rate,HRV and Hcy of patients with CHD,but Metoprolol in the improvement of HRV frequency index and Hcy level has a good effect.关键词
