小儿腹腔镜疝双次内口关闭与单次内口关闭的临床对比研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of laparoscopic hernia twice and single closure of the neck of the sac for indirect inguinal hernia in children.Method:187 children with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into laparoscopic twice and single closure of the neck of the sac for indirect inguinal hernia in recent years,the double closed group for 79 cases and the single closed group for 108 cases.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,hospitalization time and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time of the double closed group was significantly longer than the single closed group,the recurrence rate of the double closed group was significantly lower than the single closed group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation complication,blood loss and hospitalization time of laparoscopic twice closure of the neck of the sac are not increased,and the recurrence rate is significantly decreased.Laparoscopic twice closure of the neck of the sac is a better operation than single closure.关键词
