Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment for patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy.Method:92 patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group. The two patients were given the conventional therapy, including routine blood lipid, blood pressure and blood sugar control. The observation group was given Mecobalamin Injection combined with Shenmai Injection on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group was given Mecobalamin Injection on the basis of conventional therapy. The effect of autonomic nervous function, the changes of Vs,RI,PI,blood sugar and CRP indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.5%(43/46),which was significantly higher than 78.3%(36/46) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.3895, P=0.0362).The changes of Vs,RI,PI,blood sugar and CRP indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Mecobalamin Injection combined with Shenmai Injection in the treatment of diabetic autonomic neuropathy is significant, can improve the related indicators of patients,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
