Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention of deep vein thrombosis after femoral fracture surgery.Method:72 cases of femoral fractures in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive care interventions,the control group was given routine nursing care. The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After giving the two groups of patients corresponding nursing, the results showed that the incidence of venous thrombosis after operation in the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 19.44%in the control group,the incidence of lower extremity pain and swelling in the observation group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is an important way to prevent thrombosis,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
