Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the psychological and corresponding nursing countermeasures of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method:100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the experimental group according to the patient’s psychological analysis,was developed a nursing plan,given corresponding nursing.The anxiety index between the two groups before and after the nursing were observed and compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety index before the nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,the anxiety index of the experimental group was better than before the nursing and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.8286,P<0.05;t=2.3557,P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological analysis of maintenance hemodialysis patients,taking corresponding nursing countermeasures,has important value to the treatment of patients,can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life,reduce the psychological burden of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
