Abstract
Objective:To study the clinicopathologic factors of the patients with lung cancer and correlation between the expression of Sema4D,CXCR4 in the tissues of lung cancer and prognosis.Method:The expression of Sema4D,CXCR4 were tested by immunohistochemistry in the tissues of 95 cases of lung cancer and 20 cases of normal controls.Result:The positive rates of Sema4D and CXCR4 expression were 71.6% and 61.1% in the tissues of 95 cases of lung cancer.However,the positive rates of Sema4D expression was only 10.0% and the expression of CXCR4 was negative in normal lung tissues.There were significant differences between lung cancer and normal controls(P<0.05).The expression of Sema4D and CXCR4 were significantly correlated with histological grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,but excluding tumor sizes.Conclusion:Sema4D and CXCR4 expression in the tissues of patients with lung cancer are associated with the clinical and pathological progress of lung cancer.They may be the important biomarkers of pathological progression and prognosis.关键词
