Abstract
Objective:To discuss the value of three-dimensional ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography(UE) in the diagnosis of breast small nodules.Method:Totally 81 cases with 93 breast small nodules were examined with three-dimensional ultrasound and UE alone and associated,and the results were compared with post-operative pathological results.Result:The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound in differentiating of malignant breast small nodules was 49%.The accuracy of UE in differentiating of malignant breast small nodules was 68%.The accuracy of the combination of two methods was 80%. Conclusion:Three-dimensional ultrasound combined with UE can supply more characters in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast small nodules.关键词
