Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of serum gamma-glutamyl transferase and alkaline phosphatase in the diagnosis of small common bile duct calculi.Method:48 cases with small common bile duct stones were retrospectively analyzed the content of serum GGT and ALP,and the changes of GGT and ALP content before and after the treatment were observed.Result:The GGT and ALP content before and after treatment of 48 patients with gallbladder stone with small common bile duct calculi were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher serum GGT and ALP synchronization can be used as a sensitivity indicator for gallbladder calculi with small common bile duct calculi.GGT and ALP will become preliminary predictors for gallbladder calculi patients may merge small common bile duct calculi,they can avoid misdiagnosis for common bile duct calculi in diagnosis.关键词
