Abstract
Objective:To observe and explore the clinical characteristics and clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with hypertension.Method:102 elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital were selected from February 2013 to December 2014 as the observation group,while 84 case of non-elderly hypertensive patients were selected as the control group.The clinical characteristics,treatment effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure before treatment in the control group were lower than the those in the observation group.After treatment,their systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure decreased in two groups,the control group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension has big pulse pressure and high systolic blood pressure.The clinical treatment needs to consider multiple factors, grasps the specific characteristics of symptomatic treatment.关键词
