脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2浓度与抑郁症相关性研究
The Correlation between Lipoprotein-associated Phospholipase A2 Concentration and Major Depressive Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 concentration(LP-PLA2) and major depressive disorder.Method:The concentrations of plasma PLA2 were measured in 101 patients with major depressive disorder (the case group) and 116 healthy controls (the control group).The 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) was used to evaluate clinical depressive symptom.Result:The plasma PLA2 concentrations in the case group was (175.2±96.7)ng/ml and was significant lower than (228.7±112.7)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.001).The plasma PLA2 concentrations was not correlated with HAMD scores in depressant patients(r=0.058,P=0.56).Conclusion:These data provide a possibility that decreased level of plasma PLA2 concentration may play a role in the pathogenesis of depression,although there is no correlation with the severity of depressive symptoms.关键词
