摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver.Method:57 patients of T2DM with NAFL and 55 patients of simple T2DM were selected as the observation group and the control group.The serum lipids, blood sugar and insulin resistance in two group were compared,logistic multiple regression analysis was use to analyze.Result:The triglyceride,fasting insulin, 2 h postprandial insulin and HOMA-IR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterin,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose and hemoglobin Alc were not statistically signigicant between two groups(P>0.05).The triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholestetin and HOMA-IR were the independent influence factors of NAFL.Conclusion:There are obvious dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in T2DM with NAFL patients.关键词
