面中部骨折的临床序列治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestation and types characteristics of midface fracture,through different modes of operation,in order to achieve clinical anatomical reduction and recover the normal shape and function of occlusion.Method:From January 2012 to January 2014 in Department of Surgery of Anqing First People’s Hospital 23 cases of oral and maxillofacial accepted operation patients were selected,they adopt open anatomical reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate,after one month,three months,six months to check the healing of patients,including patients psychological identity, midfacial shape recovery and mouth opening,occlusal relationship a return to normal.Result:23 patients were all healed,patient identity satisfactory facial appearance and the central depression,lateral to recover,mouth opening and occlusion relation returns to normal.Conclusion:Scalp coronal incision and intraoral incision in the treatment of midface fracture has a reliable clinical effect.关键词
