Abstract
Objective:To explore the vertigo patients with transcranial Doppler(TCD) of flow velocity and the change of spectrum and ear acupuncture point buries a seed treatment.Method:160 cases of vertigo patients with TCD examination neurology clinic and ear acupuncture point buries a seed treatment. Result:88 cases(55%) vertigo were examined by TCD in bilateral vertebral-basilar artery Vm fast,spectrum without exception.48 cases(30%) with vertigo in bilateral vertebral-basilar artery slowed,Vm spectrum without exception.16 cases(10%) with vertigo in bilateral middle cerebral artery and bilateral vertebral-basilar artery faster Vm,spectrum anomaly eddy current.8 cases(5%) with vertigo in bilateral middle cerebral artery and bilateral vertebral-basilar artery slowed, Vm spectrum morphology change,S2>S1.Respectively for the several types of vertigo patients ear main point with different buried seeds treated with acupuncture point,dizziness symptoms rapidly improved.Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler detection in patients with vertigo intracranial cerebral artery ring is the first choice for the ring(Willis),it is noninvasive,strong repeatability,indicators objective,etc.Ear acupuncture point buries a seed treatment in patients with vertigo is a kind of noninvasive therapy,has the advantages of simple,convenient,safe and effective,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
