Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of the early rehabilitation for dysphagia in acute stroke patients.Method:46 patients with acute stroke dysphagia from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group for 24 cases and control group for 22 cases,two groups were treated by routine treatment and nursing,the observation group combined with early rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The efficiency of the control group was 45.5%,the observation group was 75.0%,the observation group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing for acute stroke patients with dysphagia can improve swallowing function,improve quality of life,there are important applications in clinical practice.关键词
