摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics and clinical treatment of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Method:The clinical data of 40 cases senile(the observation group) and 40 cases young(the control group) acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively,different disease,digestive system symptoms,complications,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,mental state,the time of bleeding stopping, death etc of two groups were compared.Result:The different disease,complications,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,mental state,the time bleeding of stopping,death of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the existence of digestive system symptoms of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in elderly patients with high incidence rate,it has its own characteristics,gastroscopy as soon as possible a clear diagnosis,attention to the condition of the order of priority,close observation of changes in condition, adjust treatment,pay attention to its associated diseases,active prevention and treatment of complications.关键词
