Effect of the Application of Quality Control Circles’s Activities in Reducing Rate of Indwelling Gastric Tube Unplanned Extubation (UE) of Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To discuss application of the quality control circles’(QCC) activities in reducing rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients.Method:Activities of quality control circles were used to analyze the reason of Indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE) of stroke patients,and explore the main reason,made corresponding counter measure and organize the implementation.Result:The rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients decreased from 10.7%to 2.7%after intervention.Conclusion:The quality control circles activities have significant effect in reducing rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients.关键词
