摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of interactive management model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management,in order to improve the level of nursing management.Method:Choosed 20 nurses from Obstetrics Department who participated in the activity of interactive management model in our hospital that from 2012 August to 2013 August.Compared the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Result:The results showed that the implementation of interactive activities,management pattern of nursing staff awareness of service and responsibility was obviously enhanced,Department of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing quality and patient satisfaction were improved.Conclusion:In the process of management of nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, interactive management model can significantly improve the nurses' working ability and the core competitiveness of the hospital,arouse the sense of responsibility of nursing staff,and enhance the management level and the quality of nursing.关键词
