Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of patients with oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning by bundled nursing intervention.Method:94 patients with oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.According to draw mothod,they were divided into bundled nursing group (n=47) and routine nursing group(n=47). Routine nursing group were given routine nursing,bundled nursing group were done complications prevention and nursing,psychological nursing on basis of routine nursing. the intestinal tract cleaning time,atropinization time,Msymptoms disappear time,cholinesterase activity recovery time, ventilation time,awakening time,number of drugs ,incidence of intermediate syndrome,mortality and hospitalization time were compared between two groups. At the same time,the satisfaction with nursing work of patients were to gathered statisticsly.Result:The intestinal tract cleaning time,atropinization time, msymptoms disappear time,cholinesterase activity recovery time,ventilation time in bundled nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05). The awakening time,number of drugs,incidence of intermediate syndrome,mortality in bundled nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time and hospital costs in bundled nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group, and the satisfaction were significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During treating patients with oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,bundled nursing has some positive role such as rapid and efficient,reducing drug use,promoting patients recovery,rducing ,cost of treatment.it has good social and economic benefits,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
